Welcome to Kepler ("we," "our," or "us"). Our service is an AI Data Analyst that uses a sandboxed Python environment to help you analyze your data files (the "Service").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service (Beta / As Is)

You acknowledge that the Service is currently in a beta phase. It is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any level of uptime or that the Service will be free of bugs or errors.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. Free & Paid Plans (Usage Limits)

The Service may be offered under different plans, including a free tier and one or more paid subscription plans.

  • Current Status: The Service is currently offered for free, but we reserve the right to introduce or modify paid plans at any time.

You are responsible for your conduct while using the Service. You agree not to:

  • AI Inaccuracies: You acknowledge that AI-generated output, including numerical analysis, charts, and text, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations." Kepler's output is not a substitute for human verification.
  • No Financial or Business Advice: The Service is an informational tool, not a certified financial, legal, or business advisor. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the output from the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kepler and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of the Service; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in the output; or (c) any unauthorized access to our servers.

9. Termination

  • Termination by You: If you are on a paid plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will be downgraded to the free tier at the end of your billing cycle. To permanently delete your account and data, please contact us via email as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy. For paid users not in breach, we will provide reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate free accounts for any reason at our discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
